Registering your client below informs us of the professional relationship you have with your client if your client visits and/or writes a contract without you present. We will be able to communicate with you about our homes and communities to ensure the new home search is as simple as possible.

For every Alvarez Construction Co. home, you write a PURCHASE AGREEMENT and CLOSE between January 1 and On
December 31, the selling agent’s cooperating compensation will be paid as follows.
1st Home Sold: Earn 2.5% of the total sales price (standard compensation)
2nd Home Sold: Receive 2.5% of the total sales price + $1,000 bonus
3rd–5th Homes Sold: Enjoy 2.5% of the total sales price + $2,000 bonus per home
6+ Homes Sold: Get 2.5% of the total sales price + $3,000 bonus per home
The commission schedule resets to the normal cooperating compensation every year on January 1.
*The Contract must be received the same year the home closes in order to qualify for the incentive
