We don’t just wait for you to contact us about a potential warranty issue. We’ll check in with you 30 days after your closing date, and then at 3, 6, and 9 months—just to be sure you don’t overlook something before the coverage expires.
With every home, you can expect a certain amount of “settling”. There’s a natural compacting and expansion of the materials.
