As a community builder, Alvarez Construction Company is always looking for the next great place to build homes for Baton Rouge families. 

It is a delicate process considering the sights and the sounds to make sure each community is as comfortable and convenient as possible. We also try to offer a unique experience every time so that each of our neighbors can find a home that feels right for them.

And luckily for you, Alvarez Construction Company is set to start selling in three of these new communities this Spring. They are Parks at Water Oak, South Creek and Woodstock Park. You can learn more about each below.

Although Alvarez Construction Company is no stranger to Ascension Parish, Parks at Water Oak will be the first community we build in Gonzales. The city was once called “The Jambalaya Capital of the World” and celebrates the title with an annual Jambalaya Festival that draws crowds each Memorial Day weekend for a pageant, car show and cooking contest among other activities.

Parks at Water Oak will include 102 homesites located off Germany Road between Braud Road and North Burnside Avenue. There will also be a pond and several green spaces scattered throughout the development. 

One and two-story floor plans are available here ranging from 1,861 to 2,793 square feet. Each has three to five bedrooms and starts with two bathrooms. The first few homes will be move-in ready in late May.

In Denham Springs, Alvarez Construction Company is preparing to open South Creek near Wax Road and Highway 16. This single-entrance neighborhood features 103 homesites in a scenic, tree-lined setting with a large lake. 

South Creek will include eight single-story floor plans starting at 1,861 square feet with three and four bedrooms. A number of homes will also have waterfront access.

Over to the east, Woodstock Park is set to become Alvarez Construction Company’s fourth active community in Baton Rouge with 213 homesites off Highway 30. The community is designed around a large lake with a number of waterfront homes available in the first phase. Residents will also have access to a private community pool and cabana. Homes here start at 1,861 square feet.
